Rio de Janeiro is hot as hell. But still, the beach wasn't my first destination. Today I went to a Antique Fair in Gávea, very well known in the city. And I found many amazing pieces there. Apart from the decoration pieces, like vintage mirrors, radios and even a gramophone, the best deals are vintage jewelry and sunglasses. You can find authentic vintage Chanel  earrings and pearl necklaces and 70's sunglasses that show you where Chloé and Tom Ford get their ideas from. Sunglasses cost US$35. Absolutely amazing. Vintage shopping might be the most charming twist to trivial pieces, such as accessories.

 

 
The Antique Fair in Gávea, Rio de Janeiro, happens at the Santos Dumont Square and it's as charming as it gets.
